HOW SUPPLIED
OXYBUTYNIN CHLORIDE Tablets USP, 5 mg are white to off white, round, uncoated tablet, debossed with "LP 182" on one side & scored in half on the other side. The tablets are supplied as follows: Bottles of 100 tablets NDC 69315-182-01 Bottles of 500 tablets NDC 69315-182-05 Bottles of 1000 tablets NDC 69315-182-10 Store at 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F); excursions permitted within 15°C to 30°C (59° to 86°F) [See USP Controlled Room Temperature]. Pharmacist: Dispense in tight, light-resistant container as defined in the USP.
