DOXEPIN Tablets are available as follows: 3 mg – Each white to off-white, round, film-coated, unscored tablet imprinted with ‘ ’ on one side and ‘315’ on the other side contains
DOXEPIN hydrochloride, USP equivalent to 3 mg of
DOXEPIN base. Tablets are supplied in bottles of 30 (NDC 0228-3315-03). 6 mg – Each gray, round, film-coated, unscored tablet imprinted with ‘ ’ on one side and ‘316’ on the other side contains
DOXEPIN hydrochloride, USP equivalent to 6 mg of
DOXEPIN base. Tablets are supplied in bottles of 30 (NDC 0228-3316-03). 5c3be85e-figure-03 5c3be85e-figure-04 16.2 Storage and Handling Store at 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F) [see USP Controlled Room Temperature]. Protect from light. Dispense in a tight, light-resistant container as defined in the USP, with a child-resistant closure (as required).
