HOW SUPPLIED
DIPHENOXYLATE HYDROCHLORIDE AND ATROPINE SULFATE tablets, USP are supplied as white to off-white, round, bi-convex tablets, engraved on one side "U-S" and "90" on the other side. They are supplied as follows: Bottles of 90 (NDC 0832-0590-90) Bottles of 100 (NDC 0832-0590-11) Bottles of 1000 (NDC 0832-0590-10) Store at 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F) [See USP Controlled Room Temperature]. Protect from light. Dispense only in a well closed, light-resistant container with a child-resistant closure.
