They are supplied as follows: Bottle of 60’s NDC 42571-334-60 Bottle of 90’s NDC 42571-334-90 Bottle of 100’s NDC 42571-334-01 Bottle of 500’s NDC 42571-334-05 Store at 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F); excursions permitted to 15° to 30°C (59° to 86°F) [see USP Controlled Room Temperature].
