DESVENLAFAXINE Extended-Release Tablets are available as follows: 25 mg, light tan, square pyramid film coated tablet, debossed with “YH” and “137” on the flat side NDC 70436-036-04, bottle of 30 tablets in unit-of-use package with child-resistant closure 50 mg, light pink, square pyramid film coated tablet, debossed with “YH” and “50” on the flat side NDC 70436-012-04, bottle of 30 tablets in unit-of-use package with child-resistant closure NDC 70436-012-06, bottle of 90 tablets in unit-of-use package with child-resistant closure 100 mg, red, square pyramid film coated tablet, debossed with “YH” and “100” on the flat side NDC 70436-013-04, bottle of 30 tablets in unit-of-use package with child-resistant closure NDC 70436-013-06, bottle of 90 tablets in unit-of-use package with child-resistant closure NDC 70436-013-03, bottle of 1,000 tablets Store at 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F); excursions permitted to 15° to 30°C (59° to 86°F) [see USP Controlled Room Temperature].
