HOW SUPPLIED Oxycodone and Acetaminophen capsules USP are available as: 5 mg / 500 mg: red opaque cap and white opaque body filled with white powder. Imprinted in black ink stylized barr 658. Available in bottles of 100 capsules. Store at 20º to 25ºC (68º to 77ºF) [See USP Controlled Room Temperature].
