INDICATIONS AND USAGE Postherpetic Neuralgia Gabapentin is indicated for the Management of postherpetic neuralgia in adults. Epilepsy Gabapentin is indicated as adjunctive therapy in the treatment of partial seizures with and without secondary generalization in patients over 12 years of age with epilepsy. Gabapentin is also indicated as adjunctive therapy in the treatment of partial seizures in pediatric patients age 3 to 12 years.

HOW SUPPLIED Gabapentin capsules, USP 100 mg are available for oral administration as hard gelatin capsules with a white opaque body and a white opaque cap. “APO 112” is imprinted on each capsule in black ink; supplied in bottles of 100 (NDC 60505-0112-1), bottles of 500 (NDC 60505-0112-5), bottles of 1,000 (NDC 60505-0112-8), bottles of 8,500 (NDC 60505-0112-7) and unit dose blisters, package of 100 (10x10) (NDC 60505-0112-0). Gabapentin capsules, USP 300 mg are available for oral administration as hard gelatin capsules with a white opaque body and a yellow opaque cap. “APO 113” is imprinted on each capsule in black ink; supplied in bottles of 100 (NDC 60505-0113-1), bottles of 500 (NDC 60505-0113-5), bottles of 1,000 (NDC 60505-0113-8), bottles of 3,500 (NDC 60505-0113-7) and unit dose blisters, package of 100 (10x10) (NDC 60505-0113-0).
