1 INDICATIONS AND USAGE Meloxicam is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug indicated for: Osteoarthritis (OA) ( 1.1 ) Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) ( 1.2 ) Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis (JRA) in patients who weigh ā„60 kg ( 1.3 ) 1.1 Osteoarthritis (OA) Meloxicam tablets are indicated for relief of the signs and symptoms of Osteoarthritis [see Clinical Studies (14.1) ] . 1.2 Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) Meloxicam tablets are indicated for relief of the signs and symptoms of Rheumatoid Arthritis [see Clinical Studies (14.1) ] . 1.3 Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis (JRA) Pauciarticular and Polyarticular Course Meloxicam tablets are indicated for relief of the signs and symptoms of pauciarticular or polyarticular course Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis in patients who weigh ā„60 kg [see Dosage and Administration (2.4) and Clinical Studies (14.2) ] .

MELOXICAM Tablets USP, 15 mg are pastel yellow, oblong, biconvex, uncoated tablet debossed with āCā on one side and ā80ā on the other side, and is supplied as follows: Bottles of 100 NDC 65862-098-01 Bottles of 500 NDC 65862-098-05 Bottles of 1,000 NDC 65862-098-99 Storage Store at 20 to 25 o C (68 to 77 o F) [See USP Controlled Room Temperature]. Protect from moisture. Keep in a dry place. Dispense tablets in a tight container. Keep this and all medications out of the reach of children.
