HOW SUPPLIED Diltiazem hydrochloride 30 mg tablet is light green, round, biconvex, film coated tablet, debossed with ‘͡ ‘ above ‘129’ on one side and plain on the other side. These tablets are supplied as: Unit dose packages of 100 (10 x 10) NDC 60687-562-01. Diltiazem hydrochloride 60 mg scored tablet is light yellow, round, biconvex, film coated, scored tablet, debossed with ‘͡ ‘ above an indent and ‘130’ below the indent on one side and scored on the other side. These tablets are supplied as: Unit dose packages of 100 (10 x 10) NDC 60687-573-01. Store at 25°C (77°F); excursions permitted from 15° to 30°C (59° to 86°F) [see USP Controlled Room Temperature]. Avoid excessive humidity. FOR YOUR PROTECTION: Do not use if blister is torn or broken.
